Atlantic City, NJ — The long-awaited Cardinal restaurant celebrates its grand opening in Atlantic City’s Orange Loop District on Wednesday, May 3, at 4 pm with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Owner and Executive Chef Michael Brennan and owners Evan Sanchez and Zenith Shah will be joined by Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr., 3rd Ward Councilman Kaleem Shabazz, Police Chief James Sarkos, and community stakeholders to celebrate the Contemporary American restaurant’s opening day. Cardinal is dedicated to elevating Atlantic City by fostering community through strategic public and private partnerships, serving as an incubator for hospitality professionals, and investing in the city’s development.
