Michael Brennan
Chef Brennan studied at the Culinary Institute of America and worked at top restaurants in Philadelphia Le Bec Fin and LaCroix at The Rittenhouse Hotel. He discovered a love for approachable, innovative cuisine paired with elevated hospitality. As Owner and Executive Chef of Cardinal, he combines his passion for hospitality with a commitment to serving artful, exceptional food in a laid-back environment.
