On June 21st, Cardinal hosts the Atlantic City Ballet for a one-night-only collaboration for North to Shore.

 
 

Savor a specially curated four-course menu featuring craftily prepared artisan dishes. As each course is presented, the ballet troupe will captivate you with spellbinding performances.

Enjoy dessert al fresco on the patio under the stars to culminate the night, accompanied by after-dinner drinks and s'mores by the fireplace.

First Course - Sauternes Poached Pear, Goat Cheese, Peekytoe Crab, Hazelnut

Second Course- Beef Tartar, Black Summer Truffle, Sauce Bearnaise, Nasturtium

Third Course - Duck Breast, Cinnamon Smoke, Sour Cherry Gastrique, Celery Root Puree

Fourth Course - S'mores

Tickets include welcome drinks, dinner, after-dinner drinks, and the performance. $20 house wine bottles will be available in addition to a la carte drinks.
